Order Tracking
 
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
 
 
Shipping Restrictions
 
We ship only to locations where hemp-derived THC-a products are legally permitted. It is the customer’s responsibility to understand and comply with local laws and regulations before placing an order.
 
 
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
 
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or returned shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 
 
Lost or Stolen Packages
 
Electri Garden is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
 
 
Damaged Packages
 
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can review and assist.
 
 
Shipping Delays
